Night of Hope Gala
On November 7th, I will be donating Blue & Green Flowers, both #1, to the Night of Hope Gala for Snohomish County. Money rised will benefit people who can’t afford to get the cancer screenings they need. As far as I know, I will be featured in the live auction, which is rather exciting. Crossing my fingers they realize a nice sum of money to help people in need.

Doing Good for the Community
I’ve been volunteering at the Seattle Humane Society for a little over 8 years now. It’s one of my favorite things I do. I love giving back to the community, I love helping animals, this is a great organization!! I have been able to recruit my mother and good friend Matt and together we pack a combined 470# of dog and cat food, every month, that is distributed to senior centers around the Puget Sound area! The combined total that the volunteers pack is a staggering 18,000# a month for the community. This assists low income seniors with supplementation so food isn’t such a big worry, and allows companion animals to remain in loving homes! Here is a picture of me packing away! I’m honored to be a part of this wonderful organization! If anyone has interests in volunteering contact me or Seattlehumane.org!

Red#4=Painted
Painted yesterday, excited to see it, but as with all my flower paintings I say away from them for three days. It needs to dry and not have me obsessing over it. It’s easy to do….pictures to come in a couple of days!
