Painting #1

Here is a photo of my very first painting. It was painted around this time 15 years ago! It was signed on the front. I only signed on the front of three paintings I think. It is an interesting piece. I was just putting color in canvas, the whole reason I bought an easel paints and brushes. There was something calling me inside to paint. I never painted before, but knew I had to try. So here I am 15 years later with close to, I’d say, 200 paintings large and small. I’m pretty proud of that. I’ve painted a piano for Pianos in 2017, now I have pieces in the Swedish art collection. I’ve had my stuff hanging in restaurants, and I have had a number of shows, also through donating my paintings to a number of charity auctions I have raised thousands of dollars to help several organizations! I don’t know if I can part with this painting, but maybe if someone wanted it bad enough…
