I have completed two of the three paintings that I am doing for Golden Beetle Restaurant in Ballard. The colors chosen were reminiscent of the theme of the restaurant which is Middle Eastern. The two that I completed are on the redder, yellowish, metallic side whereas the middle one will focus on blue and greens which will pull out the blues and metallics in mosaic covered wood fired oven in the kitchen. The oven is very beautiful. I will include pictures of that in a post next week. There are 77 sections between the two, 26 days painting over 60+ hours. I have one more month to finish all three. I will also be making business cards using images of each painting…
